   Hi,
   My name is Ridwan Febrianto from Geothermal Institute, the University of Auckland.

   I have downloaded the latest WellSlim from the site and then continue with installing it and followed with entering the appropriate user name and key.

   After finished, it pop-up dialog window saying”Error, Can not find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version. File ‘thermo.dll, error 126″

   Could you please advise me how to resolve this installation issue.

     Hi Ridwan

     On the website download page, there is a section entitled Runtime Libraries, as reproduced below.

     Runtime Libraries
     The run time libraries must be installed prior to the initial installation of WellSim.
     NOTE: If upgrading from WellSim Version 4.2 or earlier, you must re-install this new Gradient Runtime Library.
     Gradient Runtime Library 3.3 (5.5 MB)

     You must install the RunTime Libraries before running WellSim. Once you have installed these, I am sure your problem will be solved.
