Registering WellSim

When you buy a WellSim licence, you will receive a registration name and key, which you must enter in order to use WellSim. You don't need a key during the 30 day evaluation period.

Entering a registration name and key

• if you have been evaluating WellSim and have bought a licence: use the name and key GSDS sends you.
• If you have an existing WellSim installation and are installing WellSim on another PC: use your current name and key.

Entering the name and key:

1. Start WellSim. Click Help, then click About WellSim ..., then click Registration.

   

2. Type or paste your registration name into Name

3. Type or paste your registration key code into Key.

4. Click Register, then click OK.

If WellSim asks for a registration name and key

WellSim will ask for your registration name and key:

• If your current key has expired
• If you haven't entered a name and key and WellSim has been installed for more than 30 days.

To continue using WellSim:

1. If necessary, get a registration name and key from WellSim.

2. Type or paste your name into Name.

3. Type or paste your key into Key.
