Formation temperatures are an estimate of the temperatures and thermal parameters of the rock surrounding the wellbore.
This tutorial shows you how to enter the formation temperatures for a well:
WellSim will usually model the well perfectly well without knowing the formation temperatures.
This help guide mostly assumes that MYWELL does not have any formation temperature measurements, so this tutorial is just an example to show how to enter the formation temperatures; the formation temperatures you enter here is not used anywhere else in this help guide.

to pop up a menu; click New
